We are looking for a Guest Management Team Leader to join our amazing team. As a Guest Management Manager, you will lead the team of Guest Management Specialists to resolve concerns and try to bring happiness to our guests.

Here are the qualifications for the role:

  1. A graduate of a marketing, business management or hospitality management course.
  2. 1 – 2 years work experience in a customer service related field.
  3. Strong planning, people and time management skills.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  5. Highly proficient in MS Office applications specially MS Word and Excel.
  6. A great team player and leader who can supervise, provide direction, instructions and guidance to achieve the team’s goals.
  7. Must be passionate, driven, goal oriented and must have a customer service centric attitude.
  8. Must be willing to work in Paranaque.

Store Team Player

We are looking for Store Team Players to be part of our store team. As a team player, you are at the store front directly engaging with our guests on a day to day basis.

Here are the qualifications for the role:

  1. At least 18 years of age (male or female)
  2. Has a good attendance record
  3. Must be customer service oriented
  4. Must be comfortable communicating with all types of people
  5. Must be willing to take on any responsibility and willing to work in Quezon City, Taguig, Alabang or Paranaque
  6. A great team player who can work with minimal supervision and has the passion to communicate with people
