This is an official partnership between Sole Academy and adidas where customers can avail a free e-pass to the Las Vegas GP Race Day Party on November 23, 2025, 11:00AM at Monza Barcade, Pasig.
How to claim the e-pass
Customers will be eligible to claim one (1) free e-pass to the Race Day event if they purchase any one adidas x Mercedes-AMG Formula One merchandise from Sole Academy BGC or Sole Academy Spatio from November 7-19, 2025.

Customers who qualify for the e-pass must register on the form made available by scanning the QR code on the customer’s receipt upon qualifying for the e-pass.
The registration will ask for the following details:
- Full name
- Birth date
- Contact number
- Email
- Receipt Number
- Branch of qualifying purchase for validation purposes
The form is limited to a select number of responses only and on a first come, first served basis and closes on November 19, 2025 at 11:59PM or until 50 qualified respondents have registered. Once the form is closed, no more free e-passes will be distributed.
All qualifying registrants will receive an email containing their e-pass to the event. Each e-pass will contain a unique ticket number assigned to the registrant’s name and email.
Making a qualifying purchase is the only way for customers to earn a free e-pass. Customers can make multiple separate purchases to claim more e-passes but must put the details of the person attending in the registration form.
Each qualifying transaction receipt can only be used once for registration.
How to use the e-pass
Event-goers must present the email containing the e-pass and ID for verification purposes to gain entry to the event.
These e-passes are non-transferrable. Proxies and authorization letters to permit entry to other people will not be honored.
Privacy Notice: All information collected using the registration form will only be used for purposes related to the Las Vegas GP Race Day event on November 23, 2025, and will not be shared to entities outside of Sole Academy, adidas, and Monza Barcade.
