ACCEPTANCE
Sole Academy Online (SAOL) requires a signature or a proof of receipt for any merchandise delivered to you. If you have authorized a recipient for delivery purposes (i.e. You order a product as a gift or You order a product on someone's behalf), then we will take it that you accept that evidence of a signature by the authorized recipient of that delivery address is proof of delivery and fulfillment by SAOL.
DELIVERY & ORDER TRACKING
- Our official shipping and logistics partner is JRS Express. As such, please note that we aim to dispatch all accepted orders and have them shipped within the following timeframes:

- 72-120 hours / 3-5 working days within Metro Manila
- 120-168 hours / 5-7 working days for Provincial Addresses
- It should also be noted that you will be notified via email a Waybill Number and/or SMS to track your orders. This notice will be sent once your order has been picked up by assigned courier for delivery. You may track your orders here.
- Longer processing time may occur during exclusive releases, special sales, or intermittent weather. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- SAOL may opt to use another courier or mode of delivery if our main shipping/logistics partners fail to deliver due to some unexpected circumstance or for any other contingency.
- All orders of footwear are inside the regular “brand box” it is packaged with. SAOL cannot guarantee that the “brand box” will be in mint condition upon arrival to the delivery address.
- Please take note that there will be NO shipping on Sundays, holidays and Monsoon Rainy Days.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Orders may be returned and refunded if it is found that the items delivered do not meet the standard quality that Sole Academy upholds. If the item was damaged prior to dispatchment or the item does not match the order details, Sole Academy will replace the item and shoulder all courier fees related to the exchange.
- All items for return will be subject for investigation and approval. Please prepare any proof that will support the request for the return and exchange such as:
- Original receipt intact
- Photos of the item upon delivery showing the damage
- All requests must be made within seven (7) days upon delivery to be eligible for a return and refund request.
- Refunds may take 3-4 weeks to be credited to your account.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Sole Academy Online accepts requests for exchange due to wrong size ordered. We can replace your item if;
- The original item is returned to our warehouse and is in good condition (This will be assessed by our staff).
- You present the original receipt intact.
- There is an available stock of your desired size in the same model or another model of the same price. If the exchange item varies in price, this will instead be refunded in full, and you may place a new order.
- All shipping fees incurred will be shouldered by the customer.
- The request is made within seven (7) days from acceptance of delivery
- Sole Academy Online will not accept requests for exchange if:
- Reason is change of mind
- Item was on sale upon purchase but reverted back to regular price upon request
- Reason is change of mind
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Sole Academy Online accepts cancellations if:
- The order has not been dispatched
- The item ordered is not marked down upon purchase
- Refunds may take 3-4 weeks to reflect into your account.
