SAOL has listed down all these payment options but availability of payment option for each order upon checkout will depend on parameters set for each product. Additional payment options may be included from time to time.
SAOL will debit and clear payment from your account upon dispatch of your order. Upon reaching payment process, it is understood that the credit/debit card that you are using belongs to you or that you have been duly authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use the card for this transaction.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation procedures and authorization by the bank/card-issuer. If the bank/issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize the transaction payment for the purchase made at SAOL, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of products. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, you forfeit the ownership of any items you purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
We use the following payment methods with approximate payment processing times:
- For Credit Card /Debit Card transactions within 24 hours (if without system alert. Any discrepancy may result to further payment verification for cardholder protection)
- PayPal transactions within 24 hours (if without discrepancy in customer vs. cardholder name and details)
- For GCash, Online Banking and Over-the-counter transactions via Dragonpay within 2-3 banking days.
- For Direct Bank Transfer/Deposit to SAOL within 24-48hours (if no system issue with respective banks)
Longer processing time may occur during exclusive releases and special sales due to expected overwhelming volume of orders. Please expect delayed payment verification and/or order fulfillment.
For credit card transactions, please be advised that any system alert and/or discrepancy in customer name and cardholder name may result to further payment verification and delay in process.
All credit card transactions on this site are processed using PAYDOLLAR, one of our payment gateway partners. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure SAOL uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
SAOL will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. SAOL cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site. For SAOL transactions, 3DSecure is implemented by Visa (called as Verified by Visa) and Mastercard (called as Secure Code). 3DSecure is a scheme developed by the card industry to allow a card holder to authenticate himself during an e-commerce transaction. Authentication takes place before a transaction is presented for authorization. 3DSecure allows transactions to be conducted in safety online, greatly reducing the risk of fraud and chargebacks.
If the card is not enrolled, this means that either the bank that issued the card is not yet supporting 3DSecure or it means that the cardholder has not yet been registered for the service. If the card is enrolled, the card holder will be redirected to the 3DSecure authentication web page for the issuing bank; the cardholder will then identify himself. If successful, transaction will be allowed to proceed for authorization. The transaction could still fail for lack of funds or other reasons but is more likely to be approved because of the authentication. Cardholder should contact his/her card issuer if his/her credit card is enrolled with 3DSecure. SAOL reserves the right to request for proper identification documents from customer/cardholder before honoring a transaction for cardholder protection and fraud control. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and refund of order.
For PAYPAL transactions, please ENSURE that the email address and shipping address reflected in your PAYPAL account is the same in the registered email address and shipping address in our order site. Any discrepancy may result to further payment verification, delay in process or order cancellation.
For Over-The-Counter payments, some banks may charge a service fee when choosing them as an option. Choose a different bank if you do not agree to the service fee. In addition, for both Online Banking and Over-The-Counter payments, most banks and non-bank channels may require immediate validation of payment by clicking on the link provided by Dragonpay and inputting payment reference number. Non-validation may result in delay/cancellation of your order. For validation issues, you may contact Dragonpay Customer Support at (632) 86556820. Support hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
For COD (Cash-on-Delivery) transactions, the following conditions apply: (a) by ticking the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, you agree to pay your order amount in full and accept all items included in the invoice; (b) please prepare the EXACT amount for payment of your order as the delivery personnel do not carry change (no exception); (c) COD is open to Metro Manila Shipping addresses only except: Muntinlupa (part of Putatan going to Cavite City); Pasig boundary Rizal (Cainta,Taytay); Quezon City (Novaliches, Commonwealth, Caloocan, Navotas, Malabon, Valenzuela), Pateros, and Marikina. (d) COD orders are limited to 5 items per cart only. All OIDs with 6 items and above cannot avail of the COD option. (e) Our courier partner for COD transactions will get in touch via SMS to reconfirm delivery details prior to processing and delivering your order. Please reply as soon as possible to finalize transaction; (g) Upon delivery, you will be given an Acknowledgement Receipt with your order details; (g) Transaction is completed once payment has been received and validated by the delivery personnel. Please be reminded that failure to pay your order will automatically result to the return of item to inventory for sale to the next customer. Please be reminded that once dispatched, cancellation due to change of mind will not be accepted. Repeat offenders of this policy will disqualify customer from choosing the COD option permanently.
For Direct Bank Transfer/Deposit to SAOL, the following conditions apply: (a) by ticking the Direct Bank Transfer/Deposit to SAOL and G-cash transfer to SAOL options, you agree to pay your order amount in full and accept all items included in the invoice; (b) You will send via email to soleacademy.online@sptc.ph complete snapshot of transaction (indicating details of amount, bank account, date and time, reference number) as proof of payment (c) Payment will be subject to validation (d) Once validated, order will be dispatched for shipping. Please be reminded that failure to email proof of payment within the set cut-off time will automatically result to the return of item to inventory for sale to the next customer.
